When you purchase Viral IQ or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, and the contents of your message. When you make a purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing information — we never see or store your full card details.
We use your email to deliver your purchase, send receipts, respond to your inquiries, and (with consent) send occasional product updates. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone — ever.
Viral IQ runs entirely in your browser. The data it scrapes from TikTok and Instagram never touches our servers — it goes directly from your tab to Claude (Anthropic). We have no visibility into your analyses.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing skyxwoods@gmail.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.
